Location

Blyth House, Old Warwick Road, Rowington, Warwick, CV35 7BS

Rowington is semi rural living at its finest, surrounded by countryside you are only 5 miles from Solihull in one direction and 5 miles from Warwick in the opposite direction.

Possibly the most famous building in Rowington is Shakespeare Hall, where a branch of William Shakespeare's family is reputed to have lived at the same time he was alive, and indeed Rowington is specifically mentioned in Shakespeare's will.[4] It was rumoured he wrote As You Like It there.

A short drive is all it takes to get to the M42/M40 motorway network giving quick access to Birmingham City Centre, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International train station.
